Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 18, 2026
Welcome to PMS Coach, provided by Indra VOF (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Your privacy is paramount to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you interact with our mobile application, PMS Coach (the “App”), and our website, www.pms.coach (the “Website”). By accessing and using our App and Website (collectively referred to as our “Platform”), you consent to the practices described in this policy.
At Indra VOF, we are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Our Platform offers personalized health insights related to menstrual cycle tracking and symptom management, and also allows users to share limited cycle information with a partner. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information we collect, how we use and protect this information, and your rights regarding your data.
Types of Users
The App can be used in two ways. Most users use the App to track their own menstrual cycle and symptoms. Users who have been invited by someone else may use the App as a linked partner, allowing them to view limited cycle information shared with them. This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the App. Where a section applies only to one type of user, this is stated explicitly.
Collection of Information
At PMS Coach, we gather various types of information to provide you with personalized insights and enhance your overall experience with our Platform. This includes information you share directly with us and information automatically collected during your use of the App and Website. By understanding the information we collect, you can better appreciate how we use it to tailor our services to your needs.
Types of personal information collected
- Information you provide to us
Account Data:
To create and use your PMS Coach account, we collect personal information such as your first and last name, email address, and date of birth. You may provide this information manually, or you may choose to log in using third-party authentication providers such as Apple or Google. When using these login methods, we receive personal details from the selected provider, including your name, email address, and a unique user identifier. If you choose Apple Sign-In, you can also opt to hide your email address, in which case we receive a randomly generated relay email address from Apple instead.
We collect and process this account data to facilitate secure login, personalize your experience, and provide access to the features of the PMS Coach app. This may include communication about account updates, app functionality, and personalized insights based on the health data you track. These communications may be delivered via in-app notifications, reminders, or email.
We do not have access to your third-party login credentials (e.g., Apple ID or Google password). Use of these login options is also subject to the respective privacy policies of Apple and Google.
Health and Fitness Data:
If you use the App to track your own cycle, we collect the cycle and symptom data you enter. In addition to cycle tracking and symptom entries, we may ask optional questions to better tailor your experience. These may include your relationship to PMS or PMDD, whether you experience specific conditions such as ADHD or anxiety, and the date of your last period. Providing this information is entirely voluntary.
This data helps us generate more relevant insights and content within the app. You may choose to skip these questions at any time, and you can update or delete your answers through your account settings.
If the partner sharing feature is used, some cycle data becomes visible to a linked partner. This is explained in detail in the "Partner Sharing" section below.
Payment Information:
To manage subscriptions and payments within the PMS Coach app, we use RevenueCat, along with the in-app purchase systems provided by Apple (Apple App Store) and Google (Google Play Store). When you subscribe to our services, Apple or Google processes the payment information, and RevenueCat helps manage the subscription details.
Apple App Store and Google Play Store: When you make a purchase or subscribe through our App on iOS or Android, the transaction is handled directly by Apple or Google. We do not store or process your payment information directly. Apple and Google collect and process your payment data in accordance with their privacy policies.
RevenueCat: RevenueCat assists in managing your subscription data, including purchase history, subscription status, and transaction receipts. RevenueCat does not collect payment card details but receives information from Apple or Google to manage and verify your subscription.
For more information on how these third-party services manage your payment data, please review their privacy policies:
By using our App and subscribing to our services, you consent to the processing of payment data by these third-party providers.
Communication information:
When you send us an email or contact us through any other form of communication, we may collect your email address, name, and any other information you choose to provide. This information is used to respond to your inquiries and improve our services.
- Information we automatically collect
While using the Platform, we may automatically collect certain information, including:
Browser and Device Data:
We collect information about the browser and device you use to access our Platform, such as your IP address, device identifier, device type, operating system, browser type, screen resolution, operating system name and version, device manufacturer and model, language settings, and the version of the app or website you are visiting.
Usage Data:
We gather data on how you interact with our Platform, including time spent on the app and website, pages visited, links clicked, language preferences, performance of features, usage patterns, and the pages that led or referred you to our Platform. This helps us analyze trends and improve our services.
Aggregated, Anonymous, and De-Identified Data
We may transform the personal information we collect by aggregating, anonymizing, or de-identifying it, so it no longer identifies you personally. This "De-Identified Data" is stripped of components that could link it back to you. We use this data to enhance our services, perform research, and analyze trends. Since De-Identified Data cannot be traced back to any individual, it is not considered personal information and is not covered by this Privacy Policy.
Technical Data:
We may automatically collect information on app performance, such as crash reports and diagnostic data, which helps us enhance the App’s stability and functionality.
Device IDs:
We may collect unique device identifiers to support app functionality and security measures.
Use of Information
We may use your personal information in the following ways:
- To provide personalized content in the App
- To analyze your data and visualize it in the App
- To communicate with you about updates or changes of the App
- To provide you with the necessary support, handle questions, concerns or complaints
- To process payment, manage your orders, and account for applicable sales taxes
- To meet our commitments and responsibilities under any agreements we have with you
- To inform you about new products and services, promotions, and other opportunities that we think may interest you
- To safeguard all parties by preventing fraud and other illegal or unauthorized activities, and by ensuring a trustworthy, secure, and reliable online environment
- To comply with our legal obligations.
Legal Basis for Processing
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are required to inform you of the legal bases for processing your personal data. We rely on the following legal grounds:
- Consent: We process your personal information based on your consent, which you provide when you register for our services, update your settings, or use our Platform. Because cycle and symptom data are considered special category data under the GDPR, we rely on your explicit consent to process this information, including when a user chooses to share cycle data with a linked partner. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
- Performance of a Contract: We process your data to fulfill our contractual obligations to you, such as providing access to the PMS Coach app and related services.
- Legitimate Interests: We may process your information for our legitimate interests, which include improving our services, ensuring the security of our Platform, and conducting analytics to better understand our users' needs. We balance these interests against your privacy rights and ensure they do not override your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms.
- Compliance with Legal Obligations: We process your personal data to comply with legal and regulatory requirements, such as responding to lawful requests from public authorities or ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Sharing of Information
Linked partners: When the partner sharing feature is used, certain cycle information is shared between two linked accounts. The user sharing their cycle data controls this sharing and can disable it at any time. See the "Partner Sharing" section below for details on what is and is not shared.
Our service providers: We may share your information with third-party service providers to support our operations and provide our services. This includes services for data storage and management, email communications, app development and maintenance, and subscription management. These providers only access your information as necessary to perform their functions and are required to maintain the confidentiality and security of your information.
Compliance and Legal Obligations: We may disclose your personal information when required to comply with legal obligations or to protect the rights, property, or safety of PMS Coach, our users, or others. This may include sharing information for fraud prevention, credit risk reduction, and to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
Partner Sharing
The App offers an optional feature that allows a user to share limited cycle information with a partner who also uses the App. This section applies to both the user sharing their cycle data and the linked partner receiving access to it.
How the connection is made
A user who wishes to share their cycle data generates a pairing code within the App. This code is shared with their partner, who enters it in their own account. The connection is only established after the user who generated the code explicitly confirms the request. No data is shared before this confirmation.
What is shared with a linked partner
When a connection is confirmed, the linked partner can see the following information from the account of the user who shared their cycle data: their name, their full cycle history, and predictions for upcoming cycles. This includes their current cycle phase and cycle day, their past cycle lengths, and a calendar showing past and predicted cycle phases.
Currently, cycle data is shared in one direction only: the linked partner can view this information, but does not share their own cycle data in return. Apart from the shared cycle data, each user can only see the other's name.
What is not shared
Symptoms, personal notes, medication records, custom tracking entries, and all other personal data logged in the App are not shared with a linked partner.
A linked partner has read-only access. They cannot modify, delete, or add any data to the account of the person who shared their cycle information.
Control and withdrawal of consent
The user who shares their cycle data may disable sharing or remove the connection at any time through the App’s settings. Once sharing is disabled or the connection is removed, the linked partner immediately loses access to that information.
Legal basis
Sharing cycle data with a linked partner is based on the explicit consent of the user sharing that data, provided by generating a pairing code and confirming the connection request. This consent may be withdrawn at any time, as described above.
Age requirement
The partner sharing feature is only available to users aged 18 or older, on both sides of the connection.
Data Security
We prioritize the security of your personal information and have implemented robust technical and organizational measures to protect it. These measures are designed to safeguard your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Despite our efforts, no method of electronic transmission or storage is entirely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data. We encourage you to take precautions to protect your personal information when using our Platform, such as using strong passwords and accessing our Platform from secure devices.
Data Storage and Transfer
Your personal information is stored and processed on servers managed by Firebase, a service provided by Google. Firebase data centers are located in multiple regions worldwide, including but not limited to the United States and the European Union. These locations are chosen to ensure high availability and reliability of our services.
Security Measures
We implement robust technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data, including any information linking your account to another user through the partner sharing feature.
User Rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, and transfer your personal data. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at contact@pms.coach.

- Standard Contractual Clauses: We use standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission to ensure that your personal data is protected when transferred to countries outside the EEA, UK, or Switzerland.
- Additional Safeguards: Where applicable, we implement additional safeguards in accordance with the requirements of applicable data protection laws.
If you have any questions about our international data transfers or the safeguards we have in place, please contact us at contact@pms.coach.
