This questionnaire cannot make a diagnosis. It seems that you suffer from PMS (premenstrual syndrome).

Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) is a collection of all the physical and emotional symptoms that can occur in the week before your period.

We recommend logging your cycle and charting your symptoms for two months. You can then make an appointment with a gynaecologist, general practitioner or psychiatrist who can make a formal diagnosis. You can track your cycle in a menstrual app or on a paper cycle tracker.

This questionnaire cannot make a diagnosis. It does sound like you could have PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder).

PMDD, premenstrual dysphoric disorder, is a mood disorder linked to the menstrual cycle. It can lead to depression, anxiety, irritability, anger, feelings of hopelessness, fatigue, etc.
